libadsb-reader 0.1.50

- Durable SQLite collector outbox: contacts are persisted before HTTP delivery.
- Offline contacts survive q/SIGTERM, process restart and power loss after SQLite commit.
- At-least-once delivery: successful collector responses remove the queued row; failed sends retry later.
- Queue rows retain the original receiver UUID/location in their JSON payload, so --forcenewid can safely start a new site while older contacts are still pending.
- Feeder interactive UI shows pending contact count, oldest queued age and ONLINE/OFFLINE/DRAINING state.
- No bulk collector endpoint is required; the existing idempotent collector endpoint is reused.

Server compatibility note: collector/index.php currently rejects timestamps older than 24 hours. For long offline trips, increase that accepted historical window (recommended: 30 days) before relying on multi-day replay.
